Consultation and Needs Assessment
Depending on the specific needs of your project, an expert Job Manager will reach out for further information. We want to understand your needs, your wants, and the vision for your sign project. We can visit onsite to better understand the functional visibilities of your sign, or if that isn’t necessary, the project can be discussed via phone or virtual meeting. Our team will ask all the right questions and gather all the important information that will make your signage the most impactful. From there, they will guide you with expert advice on both design concepts and the best use of the appropriate materials.
Design and Planning
We are a fully custom sign shop, from design to fabrication. Each sign we make is designed from scratch by our professional design team. With several graphic designers on the team, we are prepared to guide you through the design process. We will make recommendations on sign layout, colors and content to ensure your sign is the most impactful for its function. Every sign goes through a proofing and approval process so the customer knows exactly what to expect from their sign. All materials will be considered and spec’d out at this time. Multiple revisions are also often part of the process per the customer’s request. Once the design is finalized and approved, Job Managers will discuss timelines for production and installation (if required).
Project Execution
Once timelines and expectations have been reviewed, we will keep the customer up to date with the progress of their project. Quality is the focus at this time. Whether it’s a vinyl print, painted surface, or carved material; we wear our ‘shop goggles’ to make sure each piece of your project is produced flawlessly. While we take all precautions to keep projects flowing smoothly, should an unexpected challenge arise, we will communicate this to our customer, along with solutions or remedies.
Quality Control and Inspection
Every project is subject to a final review. We strive to live up to the highest industry standards. We are expertly trained and warrantied through 3M for vinyl applications, utilize Matthews Paints system, and are good standing members of the ISA (International Sign Association) and NSSA (Northeast States Sign Association). Each sign is inspected and/or tested prior to leaving the shop, whether it’s picked up or installed. Any blemish or flaw requiring repair will be handled.
Delivery and Installation
Once a sign is ready for pick-up, delivery or installation, the customer will be again notified. For installations, our project manager will coordinate logistics with the customer and handle any other aspect of the installation process. When possible, the installation team will confirm final placements and methods with the customer prior to performing the work.
